Registration

 

  1. Why should I register?

We are a B2B (business to business) online marketplace and do not sell to the end user. As a business, you can purchase your inventory only after you have registered with us.

 

  1. Who can register?

You should be a registered business, commercial, hospital or retail shop dealing in Optical goods.

 

  1. Are my registration/account details safe?

Yes they are. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

 

  1. How do I unsubscribe?

Send us an e-mail at satrovision@yahoo.com with the subject – Unsubscribe. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

 

Orders and Pricing and Taxes

 

  1. Is there a minimum limit on how much I order?

No, there isn’t.

 

  1. How do I track my orders?

Go to “My Orders” under “My Accounts” after logging in and see the Order Status. You may also track your shipment on Speedpost using the Tracking number provided.

 

  1. I didn’t receive an email confirmation on my Order placed, what do I do?

Please email us at satrovision@yahoo.com with the Subject heading “Order Confirmation request” and we will send you the details.

 

  1. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order (Part or Full) any time BEFORE your order has been Shipped. Please check your “My Orders” page for Order Status and cancellation option.

 

  1. I entered my order incorrectly can I change it?

You will have to cancel it on your “My Orders” page and reorder. Please note that this cannot be done after it has been Shipped.

 

  1. Are prices inclusive of GST?

No the prices are not inclusive of GST. The Tax will be shown during Checkout.

 

  1. Can I get input credit for taxes paid?

Yes you can.

 

  1. Do I have to pay charges for COD?

Yes, for each order under Rs. 2000 you have to pay a COD convenience charge of Rs. 80 inclusive of Tax. There is no COD charge on an order value of Rs. 2000 and above.

 

  1. How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays and holidays.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

No, we do not.

 

 

Shipping, delivery and tracking

 

  1. I lost my tracking number. What should I do?

You will find it in the Order Status of your “My Order” page

 

  1. Do I have to pay charges for shipping?

Yes, for each order under Rs. 2000 you have to pay Shipping charges. There is no Shipping charge on an order value of Rs. 2000 and above. For more details please see our Shipping Policy

 

  1. Who do you use for Shipping/courier?

Our shipping partners are Speedpost.

 

  1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Speedpost usually takes 3-7 days for delivery. Remote locations may take longer

 

 

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

 

  1. What is your return policy for Lens and Contact Lens?

We have a “No return policy” for Lens and Contact Lens

 

  1. How can I check the status of my return?

You will find it in the Order Status of your “My Order” page under “My Accounts”.

 

  1. My item arrived damaged! What now??

Please follow the return process detailed in our Return Policy. Please mention “Replacement” in the comments section. If we do not have the item in stock we will refund your money

 

  1. When does the 7 day return period start??

The 7 day return period starts on the day of delivery by Speedpost

 

  1. How long does it take to get my refund?

Refunds take up to 30 days for the credit to appear in your account. Keep in mind that some refunds may take over 30 days from the purchase date to be processed.

 

  1. How do I return multiple products from a single order?

Please choose the items on the “My Orders” page in My Accounts after logging in. You may use this return option only once per order.
